Quantum Health Appoints Felicia Taylor as Chief Human Resources Officer to Drive People Strategy and Enterprise Growth

Quantum Health, a leading healthcare navigation solution provider, has officially appointed Felicia Taylor as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over two decades of experience in high-growth healthcare and technology organizations, Taylor brings a strong, people-first approach to Quantum Health’s leadership team.

As CHRO, Taylor will oversee and manage all parts of Quantum Health’s people strategy. This includes key areas such as hiring, employee development, total rewards, and the company’s culture. Additionally, she will lead the Warrior Services team, which is focused on supporting the daily experience, safety, and overall well-being of Quantum Health’s workforce.

Taylor’s most recent role was Chief People Officer at WebPT, a healthcare SaaS leader in outpatient rehab therapy. There, she guided the people strategy across the U.S. and India. She also scaled operations globally and led a team of over 1,300 employees. She also worked as CHRO at Trintech, a global, remote-first software company. In that role, she led the HR strategy for the company and significantly improved engagement during the transition after COVID.

Beyond her executive leadership, Taylor is deeply committed to advancing leadership, education, and community impact. She also serves on the board of directors for Women with Promise, a nonprofit based in North Texas. The organization provides scholarships and mentorship to help women achieve long-term economic independence.
